Terms & Condition & Return Policy

For all services

1. It’s customer’s responsibility to provide accurate data. As this data is the foundation of our work here.
2. Any kind of site visit will be done if needed (HighSoul management will decide)
3. Fix your appointment first or try & visit us next time.
4. Fix your bookings for consultation by making payment in advance.
5. Our each remedy or reading is person/problem specific which means they are unique to their purpose.
6. Results are subjective to your discipline & belief towards the remedies offered by us.
7. We make no warranty or warranty that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
   We do not warrant that the results achieved by using the service will be accurate or reliable.
8. Refunds are not allowed once the booking is done.
9. GST will be charged extra.
10. Additional courier charges for delivery out of Gujarat.

Logo Design:

1. Accurate brief should be provided by the client. Designs shall be suggested accordingly.
2. We will provide up to 3 Logo designs and after selection of any one, there is up to 4 iterations as per your requirement. Anything extra will be chargeable.
3. Select any one iteration that best suits your requirement & then we will work only on that iteration to make it a final product.
4. Advance payment of 50% of bill amount to be made before starting the work.
5. Advance payment is not to be refunded in any case.
6. For any urgent or emergency work, 100% of payment to be made in advance.
7. Such work will be done in 3 working days.
8. Original master file will be shared after full payment is received.
9. GST will be charged extra.

Puja/Havans

1. 1. All bookings to be done in advance with full payment.
   2. You can cancel the booking within 3 days of making the payment.
   3. No refunds will be done in any case.
   4. We will provide material related to ‘Puja / Havan Samagri’. Rest everything should be managed by the customer, like Prashad, Premises for Puja / Havan.
   5. Travel cost will be extra depending upon your location. (not fixed)

Return Policy

1. Zero refund policy.
2. Reason being, our remedies are tailor made only for you, which are of no use to any other person.
